Borrowing
Students, faculty, and staff with a valid CUNY ID card and library barcode can check out circulating library materials at the Circulation Desk on the first floor. A valid CUNY ID card entitles the card holder to entry and borrowing privileges at all CUNY campus libraries. Card holders may return any CUNY library book to any CUNY campus.
Loan Periods
| Borrower | Loan Period |
|---|---|
| Students | 3 weeks |
| Faculty | 8 weeks |
| Staff | 3 weeks |
Renewing Books
Library users can manage their account online via CUNY+, the library's online catalog. From CUNY+, click on "My Account" and login with your library barcode. Under "Activities", click "Loans". Click the number of the book that you want to renew and click "Renew".
Note: Renewals will not be granted if the item is overdue, renewal limit has been exceeded, there is a block on the borrower's record, or the item has been requested by another user (has a hold on it).
